Its NOT about the eggs. But still, for the 30 kids and just as many adults that came to our house for an egg hunt, it was an American expirence. A special thanks to the Avolio family and the Cox family for sending plastic eggs for easter. One of our adult MK friends had never seen one before so it was her first time. And of course the kids loved it.!
All our chicken eggs here are brown, so they are a bit tricky to paint. We got one kit in the mail this year from the Hartly family and we were able to paint with acrilic paints too.

Above Ilana and her best friend Trezjia hunt together for eggs. These girls have been best friends since they were 1.5 years old. We are so blessed by the Tadack family. They are Croations from Germany and they are like family to us. No holiday would be the same with out them, and even though this was a New Life Expat event (and they go to another church) We invited them .
